Over the past 12 years, I have managed a wide variety of large and small, national and international projects in large corporations such as Deutsche Bahn or Airbus, in medium-sized companies, in administration and in start-ups. I have managed digitalisation, installation and process optimisation projects.

To continuously expand my project management knowledge, I acquired the CAPM certificate from PMI in 2018. I also completed further training in change and process management in 2019. On the technical side, I completed a part-time master’s degree in business informatics with a focus on digital transformation in 2023. Since 2025 I am additionally a certified expert of socio-psychological group management. Due to the different subject areas of my previous work experience, I have a broad spectrum of expertise.
